Cook Islands Real Estate has never concentrated on operating from a fixed office location, preferring to go to the client at a time and place that is convenient to them and having a greater online presence i.e. a virtual office, which is in line with global trends that have emerged during these times of COVID.
Carey and his team remain extremely confident of a bright future as there is still strong and continued local and international interest in the Cook Islands, especially as the world sees how unique and fortunate we are in this region.

Junior Areai, from D.J Gas and also Craig and Debra Graham from Café Jireh.
Junior is a well know identity here on Rarotonga and through-out the Cook Islands and owner operator of D.J Gas; a noted columnist and vice president of Cook Islands Football and brings with him a strong understanding of Cook Islands land issues and customs
Craig brings with him a strong corporate background at senior execute level in a number of NZ’s largest companies.
Debra has a senior management background with direct involvement in their businesses and will be heading the Property Management division of Cook Islands Real Estate.
Both Craig and Debra have a personal portfolio of investment and rental properties with hands-on knowledge of buying, selling and property management. This new structure is also supported by offshore agents that Cook Islands Real Estate have had in place for some time
